You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. Orders are dispatched from our location based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We strive to process your order the same day your ordered.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for orders above €120 for the Netherlands and above €200 for other countries. We also have a Pick-up point available in Amsterdam.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that outside the European Union you could be subjected to duties, customs and taxes. These costs are not managed by us. We advise you to check your countries regulations as payment of duties may be necessary to release your order if charges do incur.

EU: Orders will not incur import taxes and duties.
